Over the years Tula has grown at an impressive rate. My role as CEO blends the responsbilities of CFO. I am responsbilble for all accounting, financial funding, AP/AR, models and budgets.

I have succesfully secured financial funding for retail growth opportunities and push for increased profits while developing realistic projection models.

Our rapid growth has resulted in adopting a handful of supply chain methods while meeting demand and optimizing profit. It has been a juggling act to find a successful recipe for packaging, freight, and wholesale suppliers. I have succeeded with an average COGS profit margin of 65%, which takes into account freight cost.

Monthly sales goals are met and surpassed. A ratio of product specific quantities to goals are used to motivate the shopkeeper team and floor managers. Weekly management meetings discuss goals, strategy and curated marketing tactics to add in an element of discovery to the customer shopping experience.
